First and foremost I have to give many thanks to Colin Northway. Not only did he inspire this effort with his own game (Fantastic Contraption), but he convinced me to write this game myself instead of hiring someone else to do it for me. He also gave some excellent feedback on the game during its design process.

Big thanks to my girl Aubrey Bebar who made sure I had food (and candy) in my belly. She also did all the web development for the main site and provided a lot of level-headed feedback on the game. Smooches

Special thanks to the Independant Games Festival putting on the excellent and inspiring track at the Game Developers Conference. If not for this event I never would have considered the idea in the first place. Also thanks to Petri Purho, Dylan Fitterrer, and all the others that I met at GDC that did rapid prototyping, and inspired me to try it out. The design method rocks.

Even more gratitude goes out to Phil Hassey, whose rapid development time on Galcon (48 hours was it??) made me believe doing this in a month was even possible.

Thanks to JT Bowden for his suggestion on adding Squid Ink, and thanks to Ryan Madsen for making it a workable feature right at the 11th hour. Ryan also helped gel the idea for localized scoreboards. They both really added a lot of depth to the game. Thanks to all the other Fantastic Contraption fans and the FC3 that I abused for beta and bug testing during the development of the project. They were invaluable for spotting bugs and providing tons of feedback.

Big thanks to John Hughes at Twune. He produced excellent, small, quality custom music for the game very quickly. The game would be musicless without him.

Thanks to Erin Catto for Box2D (and of course the Flash version of Box2D) for the physics library that was sanely written and easy to understand. It was a dream to work with.

I thanked several other people during the course of design in my development blog, and I of course thank all my followers on Twitter and those who followed the blog and provided input throughout. If I missed you here, let me know!
